Obesity
Obesity is the result of consuming more fats than your body needs and accumulating the excess fats in your body. Having too much fat stored in your body raises the chances of getting sick in some heart diseases, Arthritis, Apnea and more. If you spend enough time and efforts, you can lose weight and overcome obesity.
Think about that, if you have more fat in your body, it makes your body bigger; your heart has to supply blood to more places so it has to beat faster. When you exercise, your heart's BPM (Beats per Minute) also raises. But there is a big difference between the fast heart beats caused by exercise, and the high BPM caused by obesity. It is pretty easy to understand this difference. When your heart beats fast when you exercise, it will slow down after you stop exercising. On the other hand, if you are obese, then you are obese 24/7. It may be a too hard task for your heart to beat so fast so much time without slowing down to a reasonable pace. The fact that the human heart is so amazing doesn't mean you can maltreat it.
The heart is not the only organ that suffers from obesity. Your bones and joints for an example, experience more pressure than they are supposed to. Such pressure may lead to Arthritis if the obesity is not taken care of before it is too late. The excess fat may also cause Sleep Apnea, which is cessation of breathing while asleep.
